We offer 3 options: 3 day, 5 day, and 7 day plans.
Every plan comes with 6 meals a day—3 meals, 2 snacks, or 3 meals, 2 snacks, and 1 dessert—calculated based on your individual caloric intake using our custom calculator.

What caloric intake option should I choose?
Choosing a meal plan based on your caloric intake couldn't be easier with our free calorie calculator! Simply input your information and receive a caloric recommendation for the day. If your results show a number like 1530, then you can round down to the nearest available meal plan option of 1500 calories. Conversely, your results show a number like 1560, you can round up to the nearest available meal plan of 1600 calories. With this convenient system, you can choose a meal plan based on your individualised caloric needs.

Google ingredient list prior to shopping to see what items look like to make shopping easier.
Use cheat sheet to make any protein or fruit and veg swaps.
Coffee is not included in meal plan, either go down a calorie category to leave allowance for a coffee or remove a snack from the plan to allow for a coffee.
Snacks can be had in any order and mixed and matched.
The Protein shake listed is a suggestion, to be more cost effective I would suggest using a tub of protein and making your own shakes mixed with water when listed in the plan.
The meal plans provided are based off and to a calorie count. They are not personalised macronutrients.
