Refunds / Exchanges

In the event of an authorised return or termination of a program, you will be refunded by pausing the program (payments will be halted during the remaining term of the agreement) and allowing you to discontinue or return when you wish or due to a medical condition when directed by a healthcare professional.

In the event of a valid exchange of merchandise, we will provide you with new links & information once the alternate item is available from our assistance centre.
